A Vaiden man will face a Montgomery County Grand Jury for an alleged cyber crime.
Jonathan Burrell, 37, of Vaiden was bound over to the action of a Montgomery County Grand Jury for cyber stalking, a felony crime.
According to Montgomery County Sheriff Bubba Nix, Burrell was arrested April 3 for allegedly harassing or threatening a female on social media and through text messages.
Nix said Deputy Barry Gregg is heading up the investigation in this case.
Represented by public defender Lee Bailey, Burrell went before Montgomery County Justice Court Judge Michael Roberts Tuesday, and his bond was set at $5,000.
