Delta Electric and the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office are offering a cash reward for any information that leads to an arrest in the case of intentional damage to fiber optic cables on Teoc Road (County Road 73). Reportedly, the damage has been sustained over the last four weeks, with the cables having been intentionally shot.
