The Winona Times and The Carroll County Conservative welcomed Winona native Misty Bailey as our new ad representative and marketing consultant in late May. This isn't Misty's first time in a newsroom, though. During her college years, she was a photographer for the campus newspaper at Holmes Community College in Goodman.
