Irvin Masonry completed the new handicap accessible concrete ramp at the North Carrollton Town Hall board room entrance.
“The plans were approved at the August board meeting on a motion by Alderman Edward Carpenter,” North Carrollton Mayor Ken Strachan said.
The funding was through special grant funding.
