Tracy Holcomb stepped into her new role as City Clerk for the City of Winona on July 17, following Monica Turner's resignation at the July 16 Board of Aldermen meeting. Holcomb transitions from her position as Winona Municipal Court Clerk, a role she held since February 2023.

Hammond steps into new role

At the July 16 Winona Board of Alderman meeting, many personnel changes were made, one among them was the decision to hire Kim Hammond to take on the position of Municipal Court Clerk for Winona. Hammond was sworn into her new office on July 23 and began her first official day in the position on Monday July 29, earlier this week.
