The Mississippi Delta Community College Law Enforcement Training Academy will celebrate its newest graduates of Class 24-B78, including Winona Police Department's Officer Braxton Moore, during a ceremony Thursday, Oct. 24. The graduation will begin at 11 a.m. in the Yeates Fine Arts Auditorium.
