Gas leak stopped in North Carrollton

Atmos Crews capped off a leak late Sunday night near the intersection of George and Main Street in North Carrollton according to Mayor Ken Strachan. A new line is scheduled to be placed next week.

The Town of Carrollton has a Smoke-Free Ordinance

Secondhand smoke is harmful and has immediate effects on citizens. The Town of Carrollton has a smoke-free ordinance and has joined 190 Municipalities in Mississippi to become smoke-free. The purpose of the Smoke-Free Ordinance is to protect the citizens of the community from the harmful effects of breathing in secondhand smoke.
