Major drug trafficking arrest in Vaiden

In the early morning hours of Feb. 5, Carroll County Deputies executed a search warrant at the residence of Jonathan Shurrod Phillips on County Road 27 in the Vaiden area. Deputies were assisted by tactical paramedics from MedStat who stood by during the operation.
