Thursday, Jan. 29 Winona officials held a grab and go luncheon to show appreciation for linemen working with Delta Electric and Entergy to restore power to areas affected by Winter Storm Fern. Starting at 11:30 a.m., City Hall utilized the building's back parking lot as a barbecue and food line.
