A man has been bound over to await the action of the Montgomery County Grand Jury.
Tarkevious Robinson, 29, was administratively bound over on Thursday morning in Winona Municipal Court. Robinson is charged with three counts of felony possession of a controlled substance. Robinson is represented by public defender Lee Bailey.
His $15,000 bond has already been rewritten to the Montgomery County Circuit Court, and Robinson is currently out on bond.
