Mr. and Mrs. Todd Flatt of Kilmichael are proud to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Sarah Grace Flatt, to Justin Perkins of Carrollton. The couple will exchange vows at 6 p.m. on May 29, 2021, at North Greenwood Baptist Church, with a reception following at the historic Elks Lodge in Greenwood.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Bertie Flatt and the late Mr. Tolly Flatt of Kilmichael; Mr. Ted Warfield and the late Mrs. Pat McNeece Warfield of Kearney, Neb.; and Mr. and Mrs. Dorman Pinter of Pearl.
Miss Flatt is a graduate of Winona Christian School and Holmes Community College with an Associate’s degree in nursing. She recently earned her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is employed as a registered nurse at Baptist Medical Center Attala in Kosciusko.
The prospective groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Brad Perkins of Carrollton. He is the grandson of Mrs. Linda Teal and the late Mr. John David Teal, Sr., of Sidon and the late Mr. and Mrs. John L. Perkins of Carrollton.
Mr. Perkins is a graduate of Pillow Academy and Mississippi State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy. He employed as a crop advisor for Helena Agri-Enterprises.
Serving as Maid of Honor is Lynsey Flatt, and Matrons of Honor will be Cassidy Carter and Sara Taylor Lott. Bridesmaids will be Jacey Taylor Eldridge, Blaire Hester, Kalie Teal, Kellum Giles, Savanna Holmes, Swayze Gardner, and Caitlin Pinter. Flower girl will be Spencer Grace Lott of Kilmichael, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bailey Lott.
Brad Perkins, father of the groom, will serve as Best Man. Groomsmen will be Trey Cobb, Miles Jackson, Butler Flowers, Dillon Toth, Chase DeNoon, Hunter Roberts, Madison DeLoach, Brantley O’Dell, and Jay Smith.
