The Junior Auxiliary of Winona proudly hosted its annual Christmas Tree of Angels, a cherished service project that brings the spirit of generosity to life each holiday season. Each year, this initiative helps provide Christmas gifts, warm clothing, and essential items for children and families in our community who need a little extra support. But more than that, it offers hope, dignity, and the comfort of knowing that their community cares.
While JA members work to organize the project, we are deeply aware that the true heart of Tree of Angels is our community. It is the kindness of neighbors, local businesses, churches, and individuals, people who choose compassion during the busiest time of year, that makes this effort possible. Every angel selected, every gift purchased, and every donation made reflects the generosity that defines Winona.
We are incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support. The families we serve may never know each person who helped them, but they feel the love. And we, too, are humbled to witness the way this community continues to show up for one another.
JA of Winona is honored to be the vessel, but you, our community, are the reason this project thrives. Thank you for helping us make Christmas brighter for so many children and families. Your kindness is the true gift of the season.
