Two are facing felony drug charges in Montgomery County.
Roman Stiffic appeared in Montgomery County Justice Court Tuesday for a charge of felony possession of marijuana. He also had citations of tint and following too closely that were remanded to file.
Alton Peterson represented Stiffic, who waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
Judge Larry Bamberg set bond at $25,000.
On September 13, 2021, Alvin Lewis, Jr., was arrested by the Winona Police Department and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and other misdemeanor charges.
According to Winona Chief of Police Roshaun Daniels, the arrest occurred during a traffic stop on Highway 82.
Lewis is being held in the Carroll Montgomery Regional Correctional Facility on a $25,000 bond.
