A search warrant was performed at 128 Stewart Lodi Road by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office on Monday night, Nov. 11, which resulted in three arrests. A felony amount of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, multiple firearms and weapons were found.
Chuck Gaza, 48 years old, is charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a controlled substance (meth). Bond is set at $25,000.00
Stormy Nelms 44 years old is charged with Possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a controlled substance (meth) and a misdemeanor amount of marijuana. Bond is set at $15,000.00
Harley Nelms 29 years old is charged with Possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of paraphernalia. Bond is set at $25,000.00.
