Two men are facing felony drug charges in Carroll County.
According to Carroll County Sheriff Clint Walker, Carroll County deputies arrested Howard Hudgens, 49, of Greenwood and charged him with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and paraphernalia.
The arrest occurred on Wednesday, November 29, 2018, around 3 a.m. Walker said deputies responded to a disturbance on County Road 66 in McCarley when the arrest was made.
Hudgens was transported to the Carroll County Jail pending an initial appearance.
In an unrelated case, Walker said Tolondo Tidwell, 35, of Vaiden was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine.
Walker said the arrest occurred during a traffic stop on County Road 87 in Vaiden on Thursday, November 29, 2018, around 10:30 p.m.
Walker said half an ounce of crack cocaine and a .40 caliber handgun was seized during the arrest.
Tidwell is being held at the Carroll County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
