Carroll Academy and J.Z. George have adjusted their schedules for this week’s football games to accommodate weather and a cancelation.
Due to the possibility of bad weather on Friday evening from Hurricane Delta, the game between Carroll Academy and Oak Hill has been moved to Thursday night at 7 p.m. in West Point.
J.Z. George will head to Greenwood Friday night to take on the Pillow Academy Mustangs at 7 p.m. at Bill Davis Field.
It will be the first ever meeting between the two schools on the football field. Both teams had their games for Friday night canceled because their opponents had to opt out because of coronavirus concerns.
The Jaguars get a forfeit win over Region 2-2A foe East Webster, which puts them at 4-2 overall and 1-0 in league play. PIllow is 4-3 overall.
The game will serve as Pillow's homecoming.
