Captain BJ Edwards and his K9 partner, Snitch, paid a special visit to Winona Christian School’s Mrs. Davis and Ms. Cathy’s 2nd grade class.
The students had just finished reading “Officer Buckle and Gloria,” so meeting a real-life officer and his loyal canine teammate made the story come to life in the best way.
Captain Edwards talked about safety, teamwork, and the important role police dogs play in protecting our community—while Snitch stole the show, of course!
It was a fun and memorable lesson in learning, laughter, and respect for our local heroes!
