The following arrests were reported by local law enforcement agencies last week. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
● Adrian C Sanders of Winona was arrested on Aug. 27 by the WPD on the charges of aggravated assault, felony; with a bail set in the amount of $25,000, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, felony; with a bail set in the amount of $25,000.
● Benjamin Yancy of Winona was arrested on Aug. 31 by the WPD on the charge of petit larceny, misdemeanor.
● Keira Alexander Roby of Eupora was arrested on Aug. 28 by the MCSO on a foreign warrant and is currently on hold.
● Montrell Lavell Veal of Greenwood was arrested on Aug. 25 by the CCSO on the charges of possession, sale, or transfer of a stolen firearm, felony, and burglary of a dwelling, felony.
● Morgan Andrew Swanson of Duck Hill was arrested on Aug. 30 by the MCSO on the charges of assault on a public official in the line of duty, felony; with a bail set in the amount of $25,000, disturbing the peace, misdemeanor, and driving under the influence, misdemeanor.
