Milada DouBrava is a talented young artist who is making her way back to Carrollton, a town she loves. DouBrava was born in Pensacola, Fla. but her family moved quite often in her early childhood, staying briefly in Winona until she reached third grade. They eventually moved to Florida and settled in Gulf Breeze, where she grew up.
