Frances W. Mullen, 86, of Carrollton, died on Monday, May 27, 2024, at Indywood Glen Personal Care. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Carrollton Presbyterian Church with visitation at 1 p.m. until service time at the church. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in North Carrollton. The Rev. Mike Allday will officiate.

Born April 22, 1935, and entered his eternal rest May 25, 2024, at the age of 89. Melvin enjoyed watching and going to see Mississippi State play basketball and football. He was a long-time resident of Duck Hill and lived in Pensacola, Fla. He had also lived in Clermont, Fla. with his son, David.
