The following arrests were reported by local law enforcement agencies last week. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
● David Oswalt of Winona was arrested on Aug 18 by the WPD on the charge of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, felony; with a bail set in the amount of $10,000.
