A Winona teenager is facing felony charges for allegedly shooting at a vehicle Saturday night.

DeShun Anderson, 18, of Winona has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault in connection with a shooting which occurred on July 7 in the parking lot of the Winona Community Center.
