Bridges set for repairs

Montgomery County Supervisors discussed, during their July 29 meeting, upcoming work on one of three bridges on Poplar Creek Road, a bridge on Providence Road and a bridge on Harmony Road.
They agreed in an earlier meeting to replace the bridge on Harmony with a box culvert.

Board discusses 2023 budget

The Montgomery County Board of Supervisors discussed the county’s budget for the 2023 fiscal year.
After reviewing budget requests from each of the departments across the county during their July 29 meeting, supervisors were able to settle on amounts without having to raise taxes.
