During their recent meeting, the Winona Board of Aldermen unanimously agreed to install the tower inside a roundabout on the street.

A man was sentenced to 30 days jailtime, suspended if he has no other infractions for his role in the Waffle House shooting.
James Hudson, Jr. went before Judge Keith Stokes Roberts in Winona Municipal Court on Aug. 18. Hudson is charged with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
