Demolition of the old Montgomery County Emergency Operations Center was completed on Wednesday.
Due to extensive water damage throughout the building, the EOC was no longer safe for people to use, according to Supervisor Ron Wood.
“It had flooded in there,” said Wood. “It was pipe damage.”
