Former Winona High standout Jakob Welch admits that he’s a home body.
So when Delta State came calling and offered him a scholarship to play football, Welch jumped at the opportunity.
Welch just finished up his second year at Northeast Mississippi Community College where he played all three positions on the offensive line.
