Randy Oliver Holt, 72, passed away Sept. 21, 2023, at Midland Memorial Hospital in Midland, Texas. Born May 2, 1951, in Carrollton, Miss., to parents J.T. and Bernice Holt, Randy was a life-long resident of Coila, Miss., and member of Coila Baptist Church. He was a graduate of J.Z. George High School and Mississippi Delta Community College.
