The following arrests were reported by local law enforcement agencies last week. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
● Jerome Brian Davis of Duck Hill was arrested on Sep. 10 by the MCSO on the charge of sale of a controlled substance, felony.
● Jerry L. Mcgruder of Carrollton was arrested on Sep. 12 by the CCSO on the charges of simple domestic violence, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $2,000 and possession of paraphernalia, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $348.75.
● Latarus Trimale Holmes of Winona was arrested on Sep. 9 by the CCSO on the charges of possession of paraphernalia, misdemeanor, simple domestic violence, misdemeanor, contempt of court, misdemeanor, malicious mischief, misdemeanor, disturbance of family, misdemeanor, disturbing the peace, misdemeanor, burglary of a dwelling, felony, and possession of a controlled substance; with a total bail in the amount of $50,000.
● Patrick Shane Christy of Kilmichael was arrested on Sep. 10 by the MCSO on the charge of grand larceny, felony.
● William Christopher Frazier of Ethel was arrested on Sep. 14 by the MCSO on the charge of malicious mischief, felony.
