The following arrests were reported by local law enforcement agencies last week. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
● Blake Burkett of Vaiden was arrested on Sep. 6 by the CCSO on the charge of possession of a controlled substance, with a bail set in the amount of $500.
● Hunter Rye Robertson of Coila was arrested on Sep. 4 by the CCSO on the charge of receiving stolen property, felony.
● Jovski Pittman of Vaiden was arrested on Sep. 5 by the CCSO and is on hold for MDOC.
● Lamarcus Deaundr Sawyer of Kilmichael was arrested on Sep. 6 by the CCSO on the charge of aggravated assault, felony, and is on hold for MDOC.
● Morgan Andrew Swanson of Vaiden was arrested on Sep. 7 by the MCSO on the charges of simple assault on a public official, felony; with a bail set in the amount of $25,000, driving under the influence, misdemeanor, and disturbing the peace, misdemeanor.
● Raymond Kelly of Kilmichael was arrested on Sep. 3 by the MCSO on the charges of sale of a controlled substance, felony; with a bail set in the amount of $10,000, possession of a controlled substance with intent, felony; with a bail set in the amount of $10,000 and possession of a controlled substance with intent, felony; with a bail set in the amount of $70,000.
