Winona tennis concluded its season as a team with a 7-0 loss to defending 3A state champion St. Andrew's and a 4-3 victory over Raleigh.
Points against Raleigh came on straight set victories by Mackenzie Weeks at girls singles, Emma Rickles and Raleigh Woods at girls No. 2 doubles, Kirvin McCrory and Khristian Williams at No 1 boys doubles and Sam Matriasciano and Carson Holly at boys No. 2 doubles.
Competition was held at Forest Tuesday to determine individuals and doubles teams that will play in the state tournament.
As a team, Winona finished third in Region 3-3A. Region champion St. Andrew's and runner-up Forest advanced to the state tournament beginning April 23.
