TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on December 13, 2001, Jerry Page, Jr. (single), executed a Deed of Trust to W. Stewart Robison, Trustee for Jim Walter Homes, Inc., Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Deed of Trust Book 185, at Page 566, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Carroll County, Mississippi;
AND WHEREAS, this Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to U.S. Bank, N.A., as trustee on behalf of Mid-State Trust XI, by instrument recorded in Book 270, at Page 60, in the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid;
