WHEREAS, on the 29th day of September, 2009, Charles Allen and his wife, Brandy Allen aka Brandy L. Allen, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Michael L. Riddle, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for FBT Mortgage, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Montgomery County, Mississippi in Book 300 at Page 301; and
WHEREAS, on the  15th day of  October, 2018, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for FBT Mortgage, assigned said Deed of Trust unto Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument# 2018 Inst. 2188; and

WHEREAS, on the 17th day February, 2016, Larry D. Palmertree, Sr. and Larry D. Palmertree II executed a Deed of Trust to H.
