WHEREAS, on January 28, 2010, Andrea Latoya Moore, Single, executed a Deed of Trust to W. Stewart Robison, Trustee for Walter Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Deed of Trust Book 240, at Page 110-113, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Carroll County, Mississippi;
AND WHEREAS, this Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to U.S. Bank, N.A., as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to First Union National Bank as Trustee, for Mid-State Trust VII, by instrument recorded in Book 309, at Page 320, in the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid;
