Services for Jo Ann Gerrish will be held Friday, June 4, 2021, 2 p.m. at Williams and Lord Funeral Home in Greenwood.
Mrs. Gerrish, 75, died on Sunday, May 30, 2021, at Diversicare Nursing Home in Eupora.
She was born on July 6, 1945, in Lambert to the late Dickie Lovell Musgrove and Evelyn Barrett Musgrove. She lived in the Carrollton area for over 41 years and in Eupora the past year. She was a graduate of Holmes Community College and was a retired beautician. She was a member of McCarley Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Henry Warren Gerrish; grandson, Matthew Gerrish; four brothers, and a sister.
She is survived by her two sons, Christopher Gerrish of Mathiston, and Henry Gerrish, Jr. of Carrollton; daughter, Angela Gerrish of McCarley; brother, Bobby Musgrove of Carrollton; six sisters, Wanda Roland of Pearl, Linda Hampton of Tyler, Texas, Olene Luke of Brandon, Dianne Huff of Brandon, Jackie Brown of Waskom, Texas, and Sylvia Sanders of Philadelphia, MS; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday June 4, 2021 from noon to 2 p.m. at Williams & Lord Funeral Home in Greenwood. Rev. Rupert Ingram will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be James Cain, Billy Sayle, Jason Campbell, Bobby Musgrove, Henry Gerrish, Jr, and Desmond Ojeda. Burial will follow in Enon Cemetery in Carroll County.
