Charles Thomas "Charlie" Lockett, 67, of Winona, formerly of Grenada, passed away on Friday, July 5, 2019, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson.
Visitation was Sunday, July 7 from 1 p.m. until service time at 3 p.m. at Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Winona, with burial following in the church cemetery. Rev. T.R. Darsey officiated the services.
He was born in Grenada to Donald R. and Etta Mac Triplett Lockett on December 29, 1951. He was a 1969 graduate of John Rundle High School in Grenada and was a member of ethlehem United Methodist Church in Winona.
Mr. Lott was a self employeed entrepreneur and had a very avid golf career.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Lott is survived by his wife Laurie Middleton Lockett of Winona; daughter, Stephanie Bishop (Kevin) and sister Renee Geiger (Roy) all of Grenada; brother, Randy Lockett of Starkville; grandson, Taylor Morris and great-grandson, Casey Morris both of Southaven; and a host of nieces.
Pallbearers were Bill Penn, Bubba Vance, Don Robertson, Bill Robertson, Jimmy Bills, and Shay Ferguson.
Memorial contributions can be made to Bethlehem Methodist Church Cemetery.
