Bruce Gentry, 73, of Winona died at his home on Monday, March 4.
Visitation was held at 10 a.m. until service began at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5, in the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Oakwood Cemetery in Winona.
Mr. Gentry was born to Edgar B. and Mary Cooke Gentry in Webster County on June 11, 1945. He was a retired HVAC engineer and a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, where he was awarded a Purple Heart and the Army Commendation Medal with a V Device.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Gentry is survived by his wife, Anne W. Gentry of Winona; two sons, Lee Gentry and Allen Gentry, both of Jackson; two sisters, Connie Paeglow of Denver, Colorado, and Amy Gentry of Memphis, Tennessee; two brothers, Terry Gentry of Memphis, Tennessee, and Lynn Gentry of Denver, Colorado; and three grandchildren.
