Circuit Judge George Mitchell accepted plea agreements in Montgomery County Circuit Court Monday at the Montgomery County Coliseum.
Justin Gilmore entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to 14 years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections for the burglary charge, with nine years suspended and five years to serve, and five years supervised probation.
He was ordered to pay court costs, fees and assessments, plus $205 restitution.
On the felony fleeing charge, he was sentenced to five years to run concurrent with the sentence on the burglary charge.
Neal Marlow served as public defender. The aggravated assault was dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
Arthur R. Palmer pleaded guilty to felony driving under the influence.
He was sentenced to five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, one of year house arrest, and four years of post release supervision and ordered to pay a $2,000 fine, court costs fees and assessments.
