A Winona woman is in the Grenada County Jail after a high-speed chase with police.
Winona police reported to a domestic call at a home in the 100 block of Hazel Circle around 1 a.m. on Sept. 23, according to a statement release by Police Chief Roshaun Daniels.
Police arrested Elyse White, 36, and charged her with disorderly conduct, domestic violence – simple assault and felony fleeing, stated the release.
“White was taken into custody at 710 Freeman Street after taking officers on a short high-speed chase,” stated Daniels.
White remains in the Grenada County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
