Haley receives award

Carroll County Litter Cleanup Crew Leader Jerry Haley received an award for most bags picked up in the state of Mississippi between July 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023. Haley's work group picked up 9,602 bags of garbage in total in the Carroll County area, making Carroll the number one county in Mississippi for litter cleanup.
