A few major topics were discussed at the Tuesday night, August 6, Carrollton Board of Alderman meeting. Before getting into business, it was noted that Town Clerk C.J. Coleman as well as Aldermen Tommy Goodman and Alderman Bo Milton were absent from the meeting, with Alderman Milton having given his proxy to Alderman Warren Long for voting.
