Thursday, August 14 the Carroll County School District Board of Education held their regularly scheduled monthly meeting which began promptly at 5:30 p.m. As the first matter of business for the evening, the Board heard a presentation from the district’s 21st Century Coordinator Sara Johnson regarding the 21st Century Summer Program.
