Tuesday, Oct. 14, the Carroll County Board of Supervisors held a special called meeting in the Vaiden Courthouse which began at 9 a.m. While much business was covered over the nearly hour and ten minute duration of the meeting, one heated topic remained the center of attention for the majority of the time.
