The new bridge between Carrollton and North Carrollton has made some significant progress. In fact, according to Carrollton Mayor Pam Lee and North Carrollton Mayor Ken Strachan, pending the weather, the project is scheduled for completion within the next month. However, the contract runs through February of 2024, according to Lee.
