During the June meeting of the North Carrollton Mayor and Board of Aldermen, Mayor Ken Strachan presented a rendering of the Big Sand Recreational Park.
The rendering, which construction will begin later this year after the completion of the new bridge connecting Carrollton and North Carrollton, will be displayed at City Hall.
