Carroll Academy’s Rebels junior varsity team is MidSouth Association of Independent Schools 2-AAAA District Champs, and the Lady Rebels junior varsity team is Runner Up in the District.
In the 100m dash, Cohen Blaylock won first place at 11.97, and Joseph McCrory took fourth place at 12.45.
In the 110m hurdles, Layton Alderman got second place at 20.55, and Nick White took fifth place at 21.42.
In the 200m dash, Joseph McCrory took second at 25.75, and in the 300m hurdles, Nick White got second place at 51.00 with Layton Alderman taking third at 51.95.
In the 400m dash, Collin Hurst won first place at 57.36 with Cole Casiday getting third at 1:00.60, and in the 800m dash, Cullom Crowe won first place at 2:38.32 with Will Neill coming third at 2:40.72.
In the 1600m run, Cullom Crowe won first place at 5:58.56 with Ethan Lebo crossing in third at 6:09.50, and in the 3200m run, Ethan Lebo won first place at 13:27.07 with Cullom Crowe coming in at second at 13:27.12.
In the 4-by-100m relay, Cohen Blaylock, Cole Casiday, Joseph McCrory and Collin Hurst won first place in 48.56, and in the 4-by-200m relay, Cohen Blaylock, Cole Casiday, Joseph McCrory and Collin Hurst won first place in 1:47.06.
In the 4-by-400m relay, Cole Casiday, Layton Alderman, Joseph McCrory and Collin Hurst won first place in 4:12.45, and in the 4-by-800m relay, Lane Alderman, Kaleb Mitchell, Jack Grones and Will Neill came in second at 11:44.08.
In the discus, Jack Grones placed second at 97-05.
In the long jump, Collin Hurst won first place at 18-06.50 with Cohen Blaylock taking second at 18-01.00, and in the triple jump Cohen Blaylock won first place at 37-08.00 with Collin Hurst taking second at 36-09.50.
Carroll Academy ‘s Junior Varsity Boys Team got a total of 107 points.
In the 100m dash for the Lady Rebels, Meredith Carpenter came in fourth at 14.79, and in the 200m dash, Carlie Hoover won first place at 29.57.
Anna-Lynn Fayard came in fourth place in the 300m hurdles at 1:00.42.
In the 400m dash, Carly Beth Bullard crossed in second place at 1:10.07 with Nevaeh Wolf placing fifth at 1:15.31, and in the 800m dash, Olivia Whitworth won first place at 2:47.83 with Bailey Daves crossing in third at 3:12.85.
Olivia Whitworth won first place in the 1600m run at 6:31.53.
In the 4-by-100m relay, Presley Haddon, Nevaeh Wolf, Meredith Carpenter and Carlie Hoover came in third place at 57.88, and Carly Beth Bullard, Presley Haddon, Meredith Carpenter and Carlie Hoover placed third in the 4-by-200m relay at 2:01.86.
In the 4-by-400m relay, Olivia Whitworth, Neveah Wolf, Carly Beth Bullard and Carlie Hoover came in second place at 4:43.89, and Bailey Daves, Emma Matthews, Audrey Woods and Olivia Whitworth won first place in the 4-by-800m relay at 12:44.88.
In the discus, Makenzie Reeves won first place 68-10.
In the high jump, Carlie Hoover took second place at 4-06 with Olivia Whitworth getting third at 4-04.
In the long jump, Audrey Woods took fifth place at 12-7.50, and Carlie Hoover took third place in the triple jump at 31-6.
In the shot put, Makenzie Reeves got fourth place 25-08.
Carroll Academy’s junior varsity girls’ team score was 65 points, second to Central Holmes Christian School’s 112 points.
