WCS’ Roberts repeats All-Star appearance

Winona Christian’s Reed Roberts recently added another accomplishment to an already impressive high school athletics resume.

Roberts recently played in the MAIS Class 3A-5A All-Star Basketball game. Roberts was also chosen to play the MAIS All-star football game as well for the Stars.

WCS Stars earn trio of wins

The Winona Christian Stars won three out of four games during spring break last week.

The Stars took a pair of blowout wins on Tuesday, beating Riverside 16-0 and Yazoo City 10-0. On Wednesday, the Stars lost 7-3 to East Rankin but bounced back and beat the Patriots 6-3 in the second game of a doubleheader.
