Irwin Masonry began a sidewalk project in North Carrollton on Jefferson Street at the intersection of Winona Road on June 22. “This project is another part of our community improvement, the project was approved at the North Carrollton May board meeting, and tourism funds is being used for funding. We appreciate Senator Lydia Chassaniol, chairman of the tourism committee in the Senate, for help with the funding,“ said North Carrollton Mayor Ken Strachan. The cost of the project is $4,900. According to Mayor Strachan plans are underway for more sidewalk projects later this year.
