William L. "Bud" Nail , 68, of Winona, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2020, at Allegiance Specialty Hospital in Greenville.
A graveside service was held at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 22, at Garden of Memory in Winona. Rev. John Jacks officiated the service.
Mr. Nail was born on August 2, 1951, to Grady L. and Millie Frances Bloodworth Nail in Winona. He was a 1972 Winona High School graduate and worked as a surveyor for the MS State Highway Department. He was a member of Scotland Baptist Church in Winona.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Nail is survived by his sister, Pam Raffel (Bruce) of Crossville, Tenn.; niece, Lindsay Raffel French; and two nephews, Richard and Tim Raffel.
