William F. "Bill" Pirro, Jr., 66, of Duck Hill, entered into Heaven on Thursday, April 18, at Saint Dominic's Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi.
Visitation was held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, at Oliver Funeral Home, with a graveside service following at North Mississippi Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Kilmichael at 2 p.m.
He was born on May 22, 1952, in Queens, New York. He was a Catholic and a veteran of the United States Army. Bill was a government contractor for the Department of Defense at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Research and Development Center, Vicksburg, as a Senior Microsoft Windows Administrator.
Bill is survived by his wife of 40 years, Coyita "Coty" Pirro of Duck Hill; daughter, Catherine Pirro Brock of Kilmichael; and beloved granddaughter, Mary Windham Brock. He is also survived by his brothers, Jerome Pirro of California, Thomas Pirro of New Jersey, John Pirro of California; his sisters, Loretta Pirro Donofrio of Florida, Mary Elizabeth Pirro Burchfield of Florida, Peggy Pirro of New Jersey; and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
