Thomas Lester Henning, 77, of Winona, Miss., passed away at his residence Sunday, November 5, 2023. He was born to Monroe and Mavis Grantham Henning on June 16, 1946.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 9, 2023, in the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Winona, MS. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Crape Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Stewart, MS. Rev. Brad Latham will officiate, assisted by Rev. Billy Little. Pallbearers will be Sammy Zeino, Aiden Zeino, Jeremy Young, Warren Henning, Michael Noah, and Gary Dotson.
Mr. Henning was preceded in death by his parents; son, Robert Anthony "Tony" Henning; sisters, Jean Wills, Arlene Pearson, Ruth Burton Gregg, Lillian Suber, and Gwen Burton Richardson; and brothers, Cecil Henning, Barney Henning, and Edward Henning.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Box Henning of Winona; daughter, Tammy Henning Dotson (Gary) of Columbia, TN; grandchildren, Hilary Young (Jeremy), Peyton Burkett (Jared), Hailey Hall (Jake), Sammy Zeino (Ashley), and Aiden Zeino; brother, Richard Henning of French Camp; sisters, Peggy Reed, and Patsy Barton (Harold) both of Winona; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
